AU99 currently ships across India. All orders placed on our website are processed and dispatched through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Delivery Timeline

For standard orders within India, delivery typically takes up to 7 working days from the date the order is placed. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch and may be affected by regional accessibility or logistical constraints.

Free Shipping

All standard orders within India qualify for free shipping unless otherwise specified during promotional campaigns or special offers.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Orders placed after 10 AM may not be shipped on the same day. We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays due to courier partner unavailability.

Courier Partners

AU99 primarily ships orders through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery and Bluedart. In regions where these partners are unavailable, we may use other reputable courier providers to complete delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email or message containing your tracking number.
